Housing Information

Graduate student housing at USD is limited, but quite luxurious. Living on campus is a great way to maximize the USD experience.

MANCHESTER VILLAGE APARTMENTSmC

  • Three-story building for graduate and law school housing.
  • Single bedrooms, two people per apartment.
  • Individual bathroom, shared dining room, living room and kitchen – fully furnished.
  • Continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession, and Spring Break) is an option at no additional cost.
  • Fitness room, study rooms, laundry room, computer room, mail room.
  • Utilities, campus phone, cable TV, wireless Internet service, and maintenance included.
  • Various workshops (i.e. graduate school panels, yoga classes, healthy cooking classes, etc.).
  • Tram service and covered parking.
  • 2010-2011 rate is $5,355 per semester.

PRESIDIO TERRACE APARTMENTS PTA

  • Graduate and law school housing along Linda Vista Road.
  • Single occupancy, one-bedroom/ one-bathroom apartment (fully furnished).
  • Utilities, campus phone, cable TV, wireless Internet service, and maintenance included.
