USD Student Receives Overcoming Challenges Award

Message

Stefanie Sacknoff '09, is the recipient of the Overcoming Challenges Award 2009 by the Women Chemists Committee of the American Chemical Society.

This national award recognizes a woman undergraduate for her efforts in overcoming hardship to achieve success in chemistry.  The award consists of a plaque, a monetary award, and travel expenses to the fall American Chemical Society meeting.  Sacknoff will be recognized at the WCC luncheon on Tuesday, August 18.
