Lauren Benz Awarded $50,000 Grant from American Chemical Society

Message

Lauren Benz, PhD, was recently awarded a $50,000 grant from the American Chemical Society Petroleum Research Fund to develop catalytic methods for sulfur removal from fuels. Dr. Benz will utilize X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) in order to monitor reactions of sulfur-containing molecules found in petroleum.
