"Fresh" profiles people who are involved in an alternative model for our food system that emphasizes sustainable agricultural practices and making healthy food accessible to all Americans. In conjunction with USD Earth Week and the Social Issues Festival, Biology 103 and 113 students will provide further information on San Diego area community organizations, farmers, and markets that reflect the ideas and innovators featured in the film.
