USD Career Services works with USD faculty on an array of career-related matters. We invite faculty to use this website when assisting students.
Refer Students for Assistance with Career-Related Issues
We assist students who are undecided about their major or career direction, and we encourage students to review this Four Year Plan and meet with a career counselor to tailor their career preparation and activities to their particular skills and interests.
We assist students with graduate school planning in two ways: through individualized career counseling sessions and by sponsoring an annual Graduate School Fair.
We help students with all facets of the job search, from resume writing to interviewing skills, identifying employers to professional networking.
We sponsor events and workshops to introduce students to employers, alumni, and parents participating in on-campus job fairs and information panels. These events help students with career choices and with making contacts that lead to internships and jobs.
Request a Class Presentation
You may request that Career Services offer a presentation to your students. Kindly use the Online Presentation Request Form to submit your request well in advance of the desired presentation date.
