Campus Recreation Registration Forms

STOP! If you are paying via cash or check, DO NOT register on-line. Please go to the Recreation Office located at the Sports Center (by the pool) to register in person with your payment in hand Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. Please note that you are not allowed to participate in any program, club, or class until the payment is received.

PLEASE only register for a program once (unless you are purchasing that program more than once). Once you click "submit" on the form, the registration is processed and there is NO NEED to register again!! If you are paying by credit card, you then need to continue on with the online registration process and enter your credit card information until you get your "payment confirmation" which is automatically emailed to you.

Please note that our forms require a valid MySanDiego username and password for login access. In the event that you are not an employee or student at the university, please call us at (619) 260-4533 to register for a program or sports club. However, you do have to be an affiliate of the University in order to register for a program or Sport Club.
