Campus Recreation Registration Forms

Please use our online forms to register and submit a credit card or campus cash payment for our Campus Recreation programs and sports clubs.

STOP! If you are paying via cash or check, you DO NOT need to register on-line. Please go to the Recreation Office located at the Sports Center (by the pool) to register in person with your payment in hand Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm.

Please note that our forms require a valid MySanDiego username and password for login access. In the event that you are not an employee or student at the university, please call us at (619) 260-4533 to register for a program or sports club. However, you do have to be an affiliate of the University in order to register for a program or Sport Club.

Spring 2009 non-credit classes, rec programs, and sport clubs will be available for registration starting January 24th, 2009!
