Campus Recreation Intramural Insurance Policy

The Recreation department does not cover its participants with a medical insurance policy.  Since all sports activities have an inherent chance of injury all participants are strongly urged to subscribe to the university Student Health Medical Insurance Plan or have their own medical health plan. Individuals participate at their own risk, since the Rec. Dept. and the University of San Diego cannot assume legal or financial obligation for their participation. All participants in any recreational activity must individually register online and sign the liability waiver prior to their first activity participation.
