Third Floor

Strength Training:

A circuit of Nautilus and Paramount strength training equipment circle the 3rd floor, with an aerial view of 2nd floor cardio equipment, 3 racks of free weights (ranging from 5 - 75 lbs), bikes, exercise balls, resistance bands, jump-ropes and other balance tools. Recent additions to our strength training equipment include a Paramount cable crossover, rotary torso, preacher curl bench, and back hyper (all pictured below).
