Class Descriptions
| Abs & Toning | Tone your ENTIRE body while emphasizing the core muscles by using bodyweight and balance exercises. 30 or 45 minute class. | ||||

| BJJ Fitness Workout | Learn the functional and beautiful art of Brazilian Jiu-Jistu all while focusing on cardiovascular endurance, technique flows, and strength. There will also be open mat time available. All levels welcome. Located in SC 107A. | ||||
| Boot Camp Blast | Tone up or slim down with the fast paced total body workout that engages the upper and lower body and emphasizes core, coordination, and cardio activities. | ||||
| BOSU Ball Blast | BOSU (Both Sides Utilized) Ball Blast utilizes balance as a foundation for all exercisesusinc the BOSU ballfor core adn overall body toning as well as cardio endurance drills to melt away the calories. | ||||
| Cardio Blast | This class makes use of bodyweight exercises, cardio training, and other measures to elevate the heart rate and burn mega calories. 30 minute class. | ||||
| CrossFit-Ness | This high-intensity calss will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, and coordination by combining weightlifting, cardio, adn bodyweight activities. Class will incorporate CrossFit style activities adn drills. All levels welcome. Class is held at the JCP Fitness Center in back corner. | ||||
| Functional Circuit Training | Wake up and get FIT with functional training! Class will work on improving flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance while raising your metabolic rate to increase fat loss and optimize strength. 45 minute class on Valley Field. | ||||
| Get Up & Go Spin | A morning indoor cycling class workout that allows you to tone your lower body while getting in your cardio to blast away calories. 45 minute class located in SC 109. | ||||
| HABIT | What more could you ask for? HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butts and Inner Thigh) is to your rescue! Tone and shape those muscles in the ultimate fat blasting workout class! | ||||
| Hip Hop Workout | Groove along to popular Hip Hop songs to burn calories and have fun at the same time. No dance experience is required. All levels welcome. | ||||
| Pilates Mat | This exercise class helps increase strength, flexibility, muscular balance and relaxation; class focuses on concentration, breathing, and muscular endurance for the abs, low back and legs. | ||||
| Power Yoga | This power Vinyasa yoga session works on core, body posture, cardio, toning, and flexibility while harmonizing the breath at a fast pace. | ||||
Spin |
An indoor cycling workout that allows you to tone your lower body and do your cardio all at once. Located in SC 107A. | ||||
| Stretch & Sculpt | An incorporation of strength conditioning and dynamic stretching to tone, tighten and lengthen your muscles. Using core, upper and lower body weight techniques as well as hand held weights to strengthen and stretch your whole body. | ||||
| Yoga Flow | Class focuses on Vinyasa style yoga that works on core, body posture, cardio, toning, flexibility, and stress reduction/meditation while harmonizing the breath. | ||||
| Zumba Dance | Dance away calories with the fun and easy dance aerobics class! Groove to Latin beats as you sweat and tone. No dance experience needed. | ||||
