2012 Fit into Fall: Group Exercise (Employee Only Program)
Register online via our Campus Recreation homepage.
Fit into Fall/Spring was created to meet the needs of our USD employees with full work schedules. This program targets class times that fit the typical, full-time USD work schedule. Members may enjoy the 12 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 5:15 p.m., and 6 p.m. Fit & Active classes for a discounted rate.
*Schedule subject to change. Members receive e-mail updates regarding class changes and substitutions.
- Fall 2012 classes begin Monday, September 10th, 2012
- $55 for entire semester
- Membership ID cards required for class admittance starting 9/17/12

Refund policy:
100% refunds may be issued within a week from the date of purchase. After a week from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued (however, pro-rated refunds may be issued at the discretion of the department on a case by case basis). All refund requests should be submitted to balfano@sandiego.edu.

Improve your strength, flexibility, muscular balance, and relaxation with exercises focused on concentration, breathing, and muscular endurance for the abs, lower back, and legs. |
| Pilates Sculpt |
This class will accelerate your heart rate and sculpt muscles with a series of isometric contractions incorporating Pilates movements and fundamentals. All levels welcome! |
Power Flow |
Class focuses on Vinyasa style yoga that integrates core work, postural alignment, cardio, toning, and flexibility while harmonizing the breath. |
Yoga Fire |
Gain balance and composure while cultivating inner peace in this heated, deep stretching "hot" style Vinyasa yoga class. Room is heated up to 80 degrees; bring a large towel, plenty of water, and be prepared to sweat. |
Yoga Sculpt |
This unique yoga class will focus on working the entire body as it incorporates strength conditioning and Vinyasa style power flow yoga to tighten and lengthen your muscles. Incorporates core stability while using both body and hand-held weights to optimize strength and flexibility. |
