Makeover Monday Abs & Toning: Get fit by starting with this class designed to tone your entire body using bodyweight and balance exercises that emphasize core muscles. This class is great conditioning preperation for Boot Camp Blast.

Pilates Mat: Improve your strength, flexibility, muscular balance, and relaxation with exercises focused on core awareness, breathing, and muscular endurance for the abs, lower back, and legs.

Healthy Humpday Zumba: Dance away calories and have a blast with the fun and easy aerobics class! Groove to latin beats as you sweat and tone. No dance experience needed.

Total Body Challenge: This class combines low impact exercises with explosive strength training exercises that incorporates your own body weight as well as hand held weights and a few select pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing. Class will target legs, core, glutes, abs, arms . . . Everything! Be prepared to sweat and work.

TGI Yoga:Relax and unwind after a long week with this rejuvinating, relaxing, and renewing yoga class designed to nourish and restore your body.
