Class Descriptions

Pilates Fusion: This class utilizes fundamentals and principles of classical Pilates while incorporating bar method-inspired moves and utilization of fitness tools such as resistance bands and BOSUs (BOth Sides Up half-dome balance tool).

Yoga: Enjoy the ancient tradition of Yoga which means "create union" through synchronized breath and movement. Class will provide detailed focus on alignment, Ujjayi breath, Sun Salutations and basic meditation.

Pilates Sculpt: Strengthen and lengthen through a series of Pilates method isometric contractions with optional hand weights.

100% refunds may be issued within a week from the date of purchase. After a week from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued (pro-rated refunds MAY be issued at the discretion of the department on a case by case basis or with a documented medical note).
