Fitness Programs

FIT & ACTIVE PROGRAM

Fit & Active is a great way for those with a hectic schedule, or those who just want to have fun, to stay fit. For a fee of $80 per semester, you can drop into over 40 different classes per week, such as Yoga, Pilates, Cardio-stretch, Kickboxing, Spin, Hip-Hop Workout and much more!

Classes are offered at convenient times during the week (download the schedule using the link below) and are in the heart of campus at the Missions Cafe and Fitness Center. Because you do not get a grade or credit for the class, you can go to any class as often or as little as you wish. You design your own program to best suits your needs and schedule. This program is available to students, staff and alumni.

Get the FALL 2008 Schedule here! This schedule is subject to change at any time, so members receive email updates regarding class changes and subsitutions. Proper ID is REQUIRED for class admittance!
