Class Description
Beginner's Hip Hop Join USD's own Crash Ketcham for a high energy cardio dance workout that's so much fun you'll forget you’re exercising! The moves are basic yet engaging, making the class a snap for all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts.
Power Yoga This type of Vinyasa flow yoga features an athletic format. It requires focused alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility linking breath to movement.
Strength, Balance & Core This class combines low impact exercises with functional strength training exercises incorporating body weight, hand held weights and a few select pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing. Class will target legs, core, glutes, abs, arms... EVERYTHING!
Total Body Workout A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Total body incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles.
Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga is restorative and therapeutic. This will be the most relaxing Yoga class you will ever take. 

Yoga Flow A multi-level strength based practice incorporating a series of poses designed to work the body to the core, helping loosen the joints, and get the blood flowing.
Zumba Dance away calories and have a blast with the fun and easy dance aerobics class! Groove to Zumba specific Latin beats as you sweat and tone. No danceexperience needed.
