Class Description
Abs & Toning  

Get fit by starting with this class designed to tone your entire body using bodyweight and balance exercises that emphasize core muscles. This class is great conditioning preparation for Boot Camp.

Hatha Yoga

This yoga style is an old system that includes practicing yoga poses and breathing exercises, to help bring peace of mind and body, to accompany a deeper spiritual state such as meditation.

HIIT

This class is a form of interval training, aimed at carduivascular exercise. It includes short periods of anaerobic, with less intense recovery periods. These workouts provide improved coordiation, condition, and glucose metabolism. 

Mini Mindful Meditation

A short meditation class that helps to calm the mind, body, and spirit. A great class for stress-relief associated with class or work.

Pilates Mat

This class combines low impact exercises with explosive strength training exercises that incorporates your own body weight as well as hand held weights and a few select pieces of equipment to keep your body guessing. Class will target legs, core, glutes, abs, arms... EVERYTHING! Be prepared to sweat and work!

Pilates Sculpt

This type of Vinyasa flow yoga features an athletic format. It requires focused alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility linking breath to movement.

Power Yoga

This type of Vinyasa flow yoga features an athletic format. It requires focused alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility linking breath to movement.

Strength and Flexibility

These types of exercises will help you increase muscle strength, maintain bone density, improve balance, and reduce joint pain.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. 

Yoga

The purpose of the course is to teach the proper technique for exercising and increase the flexibility as well as strength of the individual, with emphasis on abdominal, gluteal, and thigh tightening.

Yoga Sculpt Focus on working the entire body with strength conditioning and Vinyasa style power flow yoga to tighten and lengthen your muscles. Incorporates core stability while using both body and hand-held weights to optimize strength and flexibility
Zumba Dance away calories and have a blast with the fun and easy dance aerobics class! Groove to Zumba specific Latin beats as you sweat and tone. No dance experience needed.
