Class Description
Abs & Toning  
Get fit by starting with this class designed to tone your entire body using bodyweight and balance exercises that emphasize core muscles. This class is great conditioning preparation for Boot Camp.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. This old system includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body.
HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Mini Mindful Meditation
Mindfulness meditation involves paying attention to the present moment, deliberately and non-judgmentally through the practice of sustaining attention on body, breath, sensations, or whatever arises in each moment.
Pilates Mat
 
Increase strength, flexibility, muscular balance and relaxation using the core principles of J. Pilates. Class focuses on concentration, breathing, postural alignment, and muscular endurance for the abdominals, low back and legs.
Pilates Sculpt

Pilates has been shown to create lean muscles while boosting your metabolism to burn calories all day. Join us to build stronger and more flexible you from head to toe. 

Power Yoga

This type of Vinyasa flow yoga features an athletic format. It requires focused alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility linking breath to movement.

Reset Yoga Flow Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props and/or the breath. The use of props for some asanas makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. While some restorative yoga poses are beneficial to the entire body, others target specific parts of the body, such as the heart or the lungs. Restore and relax your body and mind in this amazing class.
Restorative Yoga  This class will explore simple, but powerful ways to open and balance the flow of energy throughout the body.  Slow down your life, by welcoming stillness and relaxation.  This class will feature extended meditative postures and frequent periods of relaxation.
Slow Flow Yoga Explore simple, but powerful ways to open and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Invigorating warming asanas help restore a sense of peace, leaving the student standing taller; walking lighter.
Spin & Sculpt

Indoor Cycling (AKA "Spin") is a class where you workout using the stationary indoor "spinner bikes". Roll along to upbeat music as you burn mega calories, tone and sculpt your lower body, and get an incredible cardiovascular workout. Be prepared to sweat - bring plenty of water and a towel to this class. Note that most bikes come equipped with Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) pedals so feel free to bring your SPD shoes if you have them (not required though).

Strength & Flexibility

Celebrate being over the weekday hump with moves designed to strengthen, stretch & firm your entire body in only 55 minutes! This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness and modifications will be given for any communicated pre-existing injuries. Lisa invites you to join her for fun, friendship and fitness!

Tighten & Tone           

Tone up or slim down with this fast-paced total body workout targeting the core, coordination, and cardio activities. If you're relying on one class to complete your days' workout, Tighten & Tone is your ticket.

Vinyasa Yoga
This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
Vinyasa Yoga I

A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Yoga

The term "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "union." Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress

Yoga Flow A multi-level strength based practice that incorporates warm ups, and a series of poses designed to work the body to the core, helping to loosen the joints, and get the blood flowing.
Yoga Sculpt Focus on working the entire body with strength conditioning and Vinyasa style power flow yoga to tighten and lengthen your muscles. Incorporates core stability while using both body and hand-held weights to optimize strength and flexibility
Zumba
Dance away calories and have a blast with the fun and easy dance aerobics class! Groove to Zumba specific Latin beats as you sweat and tone. No dance experience needed.
