Do you enjoy yoga or Pilates and dream of fitting a workout in your workday?

This week’s “Spring Break” schedule allows you to catch your breath and rejuvenate. USD FIT is offering the following group fitness classes:

  • March 5: Power Yoga, 12 - 12:55 p.m.
  • March 6: Power Pilates, 12:30 - 1:25 p.m.
  • March 7: Yoga Sculpt, 12 - 12:55 p.m.
  • March 8: Power Yoga, 12:30 - 1:25 p.m.

Classes are free to current Fit & Active/Fit into Spring members. Non-members may enjoy classes for $5 per day or $10 for the week.

Register for the “Spring Break Fitness Class(es)” at www.sandiego.edu/campusrecreation/registration/programs.php and select the desired class option from the “1.
