The marketing major prepares students for careers in advertising and public relations, product and brand management, marketing research, sales, and sports and entertainment marketing, as well as for graduate study in business.

American Marketing Association

The USD chapter of the American Marketing Association, the largest professional marketing association in North America, is committed to introducing students to the various aspects of marketing by providing resources and encouraging interaction with professionals, faculty and peers. We achieve this by creating projects that offer real world experiences, inviting professional speakers as guest lecturers and by helping students build a network that will be valuable in their professional careers.
