James Hill of Callaway Golf on Global Operations Strategy

James Hill, vice president of Global Supply Chain Operations and Demand Planning at Callaway Golf, will talk about their global operations strategy and how it can open the door for all employees to participate. Learn about how Callaway Golf’s investment in their global operations strategy has resulted in a more predictable and responsive network at significantly lower cost – including over $80 million in cost savings since 2007, and a 12-percent reduction in inventories on 11-percent higher sales compared to the same period last year.

Hill’s talk will include how Callaway Golf is minimizing its global footprint and taking waste out of the fold both internally and in their supply networks. In addition to hearing about Callaway Golf’s journey, learn how the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management program at the University of San Diego can create a forum for you and your employees to get great ideas on the table and execute them effectively.
