The Ahlers Center for International Business invites you to attend a two-evening seminar in Leading Cross-Cultural Teams, October13 and 20. Explore what it is like working in and leading multicultural teams in international contexts. This seminar will examine critical global leadership strategies such as:

• Increasing awareness of multicultural team dynamics
  
• Enhancing team process awareness and intervention skills
  
• Understanding and managing your own team leadership style
  
• Creating conditions for high-performing multicultural teams
  

Participants will take-away an increased awareness of the complexities involved in multicultural teams and a variety of concepts and tools to facilitate their effectiveness for leading them.

Seminar Dates: Tuesdays, October 13 and 20; 5:30 - 9:30 p.m.
