| Message | The Ahlers Center for International Business invites you to attend a seminar in Global Business Models and Architecture, September 24 and October 1. Companies in today’s global business environment are constantly seeking ways to build competitive advantage. This two-evening seminar will examine critical global business strategies such as:
- building core competencies & identifying a unique value proposition
- building culture consonant business models
- designing leadership strategies for sustainable competitive advantage
- going from local to global
Participants will leave the seminar having developed a broader view of global business model design strategies that will enable them to address real international business opportunities and challenges faced by companies and individuals today. Seminar Dates: Thursdays, September 24 and October 1; 5:30 - 9:30 p.m. Seminar Leaders:

- Stephen Standifird, Ph.D., associate dean, School of Business Administration, University of San Diego
This seminar is part of the Global Business Strategy (GBS) Certificate Program offered by the Ahlers Center for International Business.
