14th Annual Real Estate Conference featuring Sam Zell

The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate’s 14th Annual Real Estate Conference is a gathering of close to 600 real estate executives, which addresses the opportunities and challenges in today’s local, regional and national real estate markets.

Real Estate icon Sam Zell will be returning to the center’s largest annual conference as this year’s keynote speaker. Stephen Roulac, CEO of Roulac Global Places LLC, also will be a featured speaker, as well as panelists who will focus on where the new sources for debt and equity capital will be found, when they will begin to flow again and the revised criteria and rules in the months ahead.
