Message	The Ahlers Center for International Business welcomes Alejandro Reyes, director of Global Learning and Development and chief learning officer for Dell Inc. Reyes will discuss "Leadership Development and Organizational Learning in a Global Context: The case and business practices of Dell Inc." 5:30-7:30 p.m., presentation; 7:30-9 p.m., reception Prior to Dell, Alejandro Reyes was director of Leadership Development and Executive Education in Motorola Inc. He has managed learning and development projects in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Born and raised in Mexico City, he holds a Master of Science in manufacturing systems and automation from the Tec de Monterrey. All incoming and continuing students, faculty and alumni are welcome.
