Message	The Ahlers Center is hosts MBA students from Weingarten, Germany (http://www.hs-weingarten.de) on campus Monday, May 18. These 10 students are executive-level MBAs (engineers and department chiefs) and will attend the following presentations: 1 p.m. "A Perfect Storm: Real Estate and the California Economy" by Professor Ryan Ratcliff. Topics include the causes and consequences of the real estate collapse, with a particular emphasis on what that means for the economy in California. 2 p.m. "Weathering the Storm" by Professor Carsten Zimmermann. Topics include different methodologies and a (telecom/high tech) case study on restructuring approaches in times of a recession. 3 p.m. Dessert and coffee break; network with German MBAs and USD students/faculty.
