You are invited to attend the upcoming Strategic Sourcing Seminar at USD, which is especially designed to provide participants with dedicated tools to focus on sourcing excellence.  Approaching the subject from both a strategy consulting and academic perspective, this two-evening  seminar is a "best of both worlds" experience that will examine critical global sourcing strategies, including:

• identifying best practices as to organizational and process trends in strategic sourcing departments

Seminar led by Carsten Zimmermann, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at USD. Professor Zimmermann holds Master and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Cambridge and has worked many years in the strategic management consultancies A.T. Kearney and Capgemini Consulting.

Special guest speaker will be Philipp Zimmerman, Senior Manager at Capgemini Consulting.

This seminar is part of the Professional Certificate in Global Business Strategy sponsored by the Ahlers Center for International Business. Seminars can be taken individually or complete a series of six to earn the Certificate.Evening seminars facilitate completion of the program in as little at seven months.
