Economists: FHA Aid to High-Priced Homes Should Drop

U-T San Diego -- The widely used FHA mortgage insurance program should return to its roots of helping primarily first-time and lower-income buyers, said two economists from the George Washington University business school.

... University of San Diego real estate professor Norm Miller said any changes should be phased in slowly and only after the housing market recovers.
