Title	Missing Data to Delay Local Economic Report
Message	San Diego Union-Tribune -- Building permits provide a window into a key part of the economy: construction jobs. But for the time being, that data statewide will be absent, throwing economists into a quandary. Alan Gin, the University of San Diego economist who compiles a monthly report on San Diego's leading economic indicators, said the missing data will mean a delay in his March report. (Full Story)
