Title	San Diego Outlook Points Upward
Message	San Diego Union-Tribune -- San Diego County's leading economic indicators got stronger last month, driven by an improving job market, a rise in local stock prices and a brightening outlook for the national economy. An index of leading economic indicators compiled by the University of San Diego rose a relatively healthy 0.9 percentage points in January, its third straight month of improvement, after zigzagging up and down last summer and fall.
