Title	EconoMeter: How Much Should the Wealthy be Taxed?
Message	San Diego Union Tribune--This question is really impossible to answer with a “Yes” or “No”. The reason is that it all depends on what you do with the money. If the funds are used to pay down the deficit with no new spending then my answer is “Yes”. (Full Story)
