Real Estate Summit to Offer Market Update

Are you wondering how U.S. employment and economic policy have affected the state's real estate market?

San Diego Union Tribune -- Check in with the Union-Tribune on Wednesday for live coverage of the San Diego Association of Realtors' annual real estate summit.

The function, to be held at the Town & Country Resort in Mission Valley, will feature Norm Miller, director of University of San Diego's real estate center, and Cynthia A. Kroll, senior regional economist at UC Berkeley's real estate and urban economics center.

Miller, a member of the U-T's Econometer panel, will give his take on several aspects of the market including the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index, mortgage rates and distressed inventory. (Full Story)
