San Diego Housing Update

San Diego Union-Tribune -- San Diego County's overall housing market stayed "sluggish" in the second quarter of the year but regular sales saw a "healthy rebound," shows Thursday's real estate report from University of San Diego's real estate center.

The local area recorded 8,839 sales in the second quarter, a 20 percent increase from the first quarter but lower than the same quarter in 2010. That data was collected from Collateral Analytics and presented in USD's report, authored by Norm Miller, Charles Tu and Lou Galuppo. (Full Story)
