Title	Real Estate Professor Norm Miller Speaks at NAIOP National Forum Symposium
Message	Norm Miller, professor and director of academic programs, spoke May 1 at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) National Forum Symposium in New York City. Miller presented his research paper, "Does Green Pay Off?" Participation in the three-day event was by invitation only and focused on sustainability in the real estate industry.
