wynnJoin us for USD’s Alumni Lifelong Learning event in America’s most entertaining city – Las Vegas!  The presentation will take place at the beautiful Wynn Las Vegas hotel, and will be followed by an alumni networking reception.

This alumni event has been made possible with the support of Tom Breitling B.A. '91, Senior V.P. of Strategy and Development for the Wynn Las Vegas, and a gift from Susan and Lowell McAdam, MBA '83.

Professor Tara Ceranic, assistant professor of business ethics, will speak regarding her current research on ethical decision making and her proposition that emotion and context interact to shape ethical behavior decisions.  Professor Ceranic is also working on writing a case regarding the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and how the organization can continue to expand internationally.

Professor Ceranic holds a Ph.D. in business ethics, as well as an MBA from the University of Washington.  Ceranic also received an M.A. in international studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in political science and Latin American studies.  Professor Ceranic’s research centers around ethical decision making and behavior as they relate to emotions.
