    Barbara Bliss is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Dr. Bliss teaches courses in corporate finance. Her research focuses on payout policy (dividends and share repurchases), investor attention, and analyst following. She has published research in the Journal of Banking and Finance and currently has other articles under review.
