SCMI Spring Symposium Registration Information

Standard Registration Fee:
$395 per person - includes Tuesday networking reception, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and all conference materials
$370 per person - Wednesday only
$25 per person - Tuesday networking reception only*

Professional Association Member Fee: (APICS, CSCMP or ISM)
$320 per person - includes Tuesday networking reception, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and all conference materials
$295 per person - Wednesday only

Group Discount: $100 each for organizations registering three (3) or more people at the same time.*

Cancellation Policy:
Fees paid for attendance to the SCMI Symposium are transferrable to another attendee of your choice at any time with written (e-mail) notification. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received by April 5, 2013. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after April 5, 2013.
