SCMI Fall Forum Registration Information

Registration Fee:

$795 per person - Includes Monday dinner, Tuesday breakfast & lunch, and all conference materials.

Group Discount:
$150 off per person for organizations registering 2 or more people. All registrations must be made at the same time.

Early Registration Discount:EXTENDED
$75 off per person with registration paid by Friday, September 25, 2009 - may be combined with Group Discount

SIG Member Rate: $395*

SIG is offering SCMI Forum attendees a special early-bird rate of $895 to attend the SIG Summit - a significant savings over the regular rate of $1,995. Attend both events and take advantage of the special pricing!

Cancellation Policy:
Fees paid for attendance to the SCMI Forum are transferrable to another attendee of your choice at any time with written (email) notification. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received prior to October 8, 2009. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after October 8, 2009.
