Flexible Program Schedule and Affordable Investment

We asked many of you what you wanted within these programs of study. Many wanted the recognized ASQ Body-of-Knowledge Black-Belt and Green-Belt Six-Sigma programs; some wanted Lean combined with Six-Sigma; some wanted Master Black-Belt level training; some wanted the ability to progress from the initial level of Green-Belt to Black-Belt, and from Black-Belt to Master Black-Belt.

We listened! We developed a flexible approach to offer dynamic programs in a modular format. You decide what track is best suited for your business opportunity – Lean, Six-Sigma, or Lean Six-Sigma combined, and then at what level – Green-Belt, Black-Belt, or Master Black-Belt. Existing Green-Belts and Black-Belts from recognized programs can transition to the higher levels by taking the appropriate learning track or additional subjects.

All programs follow the DMAIC model and require the application to a work-based project providing actual ROI to your organization.
