MBA/MSRE Dual Degree Program
MBA-MSRE Dual Degree Program
The Master of Business Administration - Master of Science in Real Estate dual degree program allows students to obtain an MBA and an MSRE degree by completing specific prescribed courses for a total of 74 credit hours. Students benefit from both business and real estate courses and receive two diplomas upon completion of all course work.
In order to pursue the dual degree program, students must apply to and be accepted by both the MBA and the MSRE program. Students then must decide which program to start first.
A total of 14 MBA electives units are waived in the dual degree program via the following MSRE courses: MSRE 503 (3 units), MSRE 505 (3 units), MSRE 508 (3 units), MSRE 513 (3 units), and MSRE 517 (2 units). MSRE 517 also satisfies the MBA requirement that students take at least two electives units in the CSR area. Students must fulfill all other degree requirements for each degree.
