The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate prides itself on providing lifelong learning opportunities to the San Diego real estate community and beyond. At the undergraduate level, we offer a major and a minor in real estate. At the graduate level, we offer the Master of Science in Real Estate degree, as well as a dual MBA/MSRE degree. For those already working in the field, we offer the Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development and Certificate in Real Estate Entitlement, Development and Design.

In addition to these formal learning opportunities, the center also hosts a number of conferences and events throughout the year, which feature insightful speakers and informative discussions on timely industry topics, as well as unique networking opportunities.

Throughout all of our educational offerings, we strive for a balance that is weighted equally between academia and industry. This ensures that our students will be best prepared for achieving the success they desire in the real estate industry both now and into the future.
