Errol Cowan, PhD, is teaching undergraduate courses, “Commercial Real Estate Valuation” and “Real Estate Development.” Cowan graduated from the University of California-Berkeley with an MBA and a multiple PhD degree in real estate economics, urban planning and urban geography. He served as associate professor of Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia and also taught at California State University-Los Angeles and San Diego State University. Cowan is currently vice president and Research & Development director of Planned Densification, as well as president of Assets in Action Inc.
