Featured Faculty Member: Charles Tu

Charles Tu, PhD, was promoted to full professor effective Sept. 1, 2011. Tu earned his PhD in business administration from the George Washington University (GWU) in 1999 and received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2000. Prior to joining USD in 2004, Tu taught real estate and finance courses at GWU and California State University-Fullerton. He was granted tenure by the University of San Diego in 2008 and appointed academic director of the Master of Science in Real Estate program in the spring of 2010. He was appointed the Daniel F. Mulvihill Professor of Commercial Real Estate in September of 2010.
