MBA/MSRE Joint Degree Program

The Master of Business Administration - Master of Science in Real Estate joint degree program enables students to obtain an MBA and an MSRE degree by completing 27 specific prescribed courses for a total of 68 credit hours.  Students benefit from both business and real estate courses and receive two diplomas upon completion of all course work.

In order to pursue the joint degree program, students must apply to and be accepted by both the MBA and the MSRE program.  Students then must decide which program to start first.

Students who start out with the MBA program must follow Course Sequence A below.  Students who start out with the MSRE program must follow Course Sequence B below.
