Developing business leaders with a global mindset
International Consulting Projects
Has your organization identified a significant challenge in one of your international sites? Employ the talents of MBA students to help address this challenge on-location. Each January, the Ahlers Center organizes and places MBA students in short-term consulting projects in various locations around the globe. Students are placed in projects based on their previous experience and their current interests, and each team is led by an experienced faculty member. At the end of the project, the organization receives a detailed written report and a presentation to the management team. For example, in January 2010, one of the leading banks in Argentina utilized a team of MBA students to conduct a study and make recommendations on how to engage numerous branch locations into their corporate sustainability plan.
