Savvy professionals understand that within global enterprises, leadership behaviors matter more than ever, and that cultural intelligence coupled with awareness of self and context is a powerful combination. What does it take to lead successfully in a global economy? What will be required of you in the global matrix? How will you leverage the touch points between who you are and what you do? This seminar will explore the essential competencies global leaders need for success across cultural boundaries, time and space.
This two-session seminar will include short lectures, group discussions, cases and exercises – all of which will be used to engage and inform future global leaders.

Leader
Rick Morales, Ph.D., is the founder and President of Morales Associates, an organizational consultancy dedicated to learning and development since 1995. An applied sociologist with a doctorate from U.C. Berkeley, he has worked with thousands of leaders and decision makers in enterprises worldwide, including: Avery Dennison, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, New York Life/ Seguros Monterrey, Nike, Inc., PepsiCo, and the Walt Disney Company. His firm specializes in creating custom leadership initiatives that feature assessment and feedback, experiential learning, dialogue and process facilitation to help organizations grow their talent and stay competitive. Dr. Morales previously served on the faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership, and taught at San Diego State University and U.C. San Diego. www.morales-associates.com
