Developing business leaders with a global mindset

In addition to advancing international business education for students and faculty, the Ahlers Center for International Business serves as a local international business hub for executive education and services.

Education

The professional Certificate in Global Business Strategy is a program in which executives complete a minimum of 50 hours of internationally themed seminars. Content is delivered in a convenient weekly schedule and those who complete the program feel better prepared to advance their company's international business initiatives or their own entrepreneurial ventures.

Services

The Ahlers Center offers various business solutions for companies either already engaged in international business or looking to expand into new international markets:

• International Consulting Services: Take advantage of faculty-supervised MBA students to undertake a short-term consulting project in one of your international sites to address a significant challenge identified by your organization
• International Internship Program: Employ USD interns through a grant-funded program to undertake an international research project or to develop new contacts for your organization in locations throughout Latin America and Asia
