ARGUS Software Workshops
Two-Day ARGUS Enterprise Training
The Burnham-Moores Center offers a two-day ARGUS Software Workshop covering the key features of ARGUS Enterprise (AE). ARGUS has become the industry standard in commercial real estate investment analysis and valuation, and AE is the latest platform that replaces Valuation DCF. The two-day training is taught by the School of Business Administration's four-time winning ARGUS University Challenge team advisor, Charles Tu, Daniel F. Mulvihill Professor of Commercial Real Estate.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how to:
- Navigate through the AE interfaces;
- Create an AE model to project cash flows, derive property value and estimate investment returns;
- Conduct basic sensitivity analyses;
- Set up various rental rate and expense structures;
- Construct detailed reimbursement methods; and
- Prepare various reports for individual properties and for portfolios.
Software Requirement: This is a hands-on workshop so every attendee needs to bring a laptop computer with ARGUS Enterprise installed. If you don’t have the software, a temporary license is available for $99. A link to download the software and a product key to activate it will be sent to you by email. It is essential to install and test the program before attending the workshop. If you experience any technical issues, contact ARGUS Support. Tech support will not be available on the day of the workshop. Please note that AE runs only in a Windows environment.
