20th Annual Real Estate Conference SpeakersThe Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate within the School of Business at the University of San Diego will host its 20th Annual Real Estate Conference on February 19, 2016, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego from 7 a.m.-noon. The conference will feature three real estate leaders followed by a breakout session.

The event will open with Ernest Rady, chairman, president and CEO of American Assets, who will discuss his leadership within the San Diego real estate community. Dennis Cruzan, principal of Cruzan will moderate.

Following Rady, Mitch Roschelle, partner and real estate advisory leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), will provide an overview of “Emerging Trends in Real Estate,” PwC and Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) highly regarded and much anticipated annual industry outlook.

Eli Khouri, president and CEO of Blackstone’s Equity Office, will wrap up the conference with a presentation on “Institutional Perspective on Strategy and the Real Estate Market in Today’s Global Economy.”

Following the featured speakers, a breakout session titled “Debt Sources of Financing in Today’s Market” will include a panel of locally recognized industry leaders, noted for their credibility, insights and ability to challenge conventional thinking.
