More than 1,000 University of San Diego alumni distinguish themselves in the real estate industry regionally, nationally and internationally. We value our alumni and each of them matter to the on-going success of our undergraduate and graduate programs.

"Networking with USD alums and industry partners has been an invaluable tool in my career. I refer back to my days at USD regularly."

- Kate Gillingham ’09 (BBA)
Broker Associate, Coronado Island Realty

USD undergraduate alums bring their expertise and integrity to bear at private and public sector real estate organizations of all types and sizes, regionally, nationally and internationally. The School of Business Administration in the University of San Diego has been teaching undergraduate real estate courses since 1993. A real estate minor was launched in 2007 and a real estate major was launched in 2009.

The School of Business Administration's Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program was launched in the fall of 2004. Since that time, we have graduated more than 200 MSRE students who have assumed positions of leadership throughout the real estate industry regionally, nationally and internationally. Our MSRE alums stand out in the industry as superstars. They are an integral part of the recruitment of new MSRE candidates and in offering advice and networking opportunities for our current graduate students.

Please email Kimberly Malasky, director of communications and administration, with recent and significant career-related awards, promotions, job moves and more for our “Alumni Matters” section of our e-newsletter, The Pipeline. All submissions will be considered for publication.
