The Annual Supply Chain Fall Forum

Garner new skills at our Fall Forum.

Each fall, the Supply Chain Management Institute welcomes over two hundred attendees from dozens of companies to learn about our industry's latest trends and opportunities. We bring in great speakers from well-known and respected companies, like Starbucks and Walmart, and offer a variety of interactive breakout sessions, each led by subject matter experts.

We even include our popular interactive "peer workshops" that focus on current supply chain issues we see impacting supply chains in the near future, as well as for decades to come.

Making Your Supply Chain Resilient: Plan, Innovate and Optimize

As the end of 2016 draws closer, there's no better place to polish your supply chain skills—and help you strategize for a new year—than the annual Fall Forum. For 31 years and counting, USD's Supply Chain Management Institute has brought industry executives together to share insights and best practices for overcoming the most pressing supply chain issues.

This year, our focus is on organizational resiliency. Since disruptions in your supply chain can adversely affect both revenue and costs, we want to help you prepare and overcome these kinds of challenges. By creating a resilient supply chain, you'll be able to incorporate event readiness, provide an efficient and effective response and recover to your original state or even better—post the disruptive event.

You'll hear from C-level business leaders and distinguished University of San Diego faculty as they share their experiences and offer you strategies for bouncing back from disruptive events. Through thought-provoking panels and workshops, you'll have plenty of opportunities to dig deeper into the topics—and find inspiration for optimizing your supply chain.
