Rangapriya (Priya) Kannan-Narasimhan is an associate professor of management at the University of San Diego School of Business, where she teaches strategic management and new product development. Her primary research focuses on the areas of innovation and corporate entrepreneurship. Specifically, she is interested in the influence of organizational contexts on how individuals manage their innovation efforts. Her secondary research interests are in the area of leader integrity and trust. She has papers accepted in Financial Times 50 journals, such as Organization Studies and Journal of Business Ethics and in top field journals such as Journal of Product Innovation Management. She has also published in the Best Paper Proceedings and has also won recognition for organizing showcase symposiums at the Academy of Management conference.
